DO NOT choose this company for an interlock/breathalyzer. This company rapes its customers.

I have had TWO devices malfunction. Im currently stranded on the side of the road because their device. I have not blew a dirty sample that wouldve sent me into a lockout. I pulled over when all the lights randomly came on .

Then when I tried restarting my vehicle , it sent me into a lockout. Ive been sitting here since Friday night and it is now Sunday. I have to wait until Monday because the service guy doesnt work the weekends. LifeSafers only offer was for ME to pay to tow it then they would reimburse me.

I dont have money to tow it an hour and a half away Last time this happened , I had to pay the service guy to come meet me when it was clearly the malfunctioning device . He even had to replace it! Screw this company .

Good luck getting them to answer the phone when you need them the most! GO WITH INTOXALOCK INSTEAD.

Exact dates $ is takin out of my account. Why is it so much every month? With insurance the device and calibration it feels a little much.

The agents that take the calls do not understand what happens in the real world. Try getting a broken down vehicle (completely dead) towed to dealer, repaired etc when they are totally unaware of the override process. Also, wait times to speak with anyone is unacceptable. I will have device removed if I can ever get vehicle back on the road.

Lockout question

I called because my device had been locked out. I needed to speak with a representative about the device but the waiting time was over an hour. I left a call back number but never received a call back. When I eventually spoke with someone they transferred me over to another department who essentially did not never answer !!! I was never assisted and it caused me to be admonished and warned by my supervising Officer..

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was refunded 85% credit I moved to another service provider

I went to get my car calibrated I was told that my car had service light and locked our light was on I was charged $37 I went there to calibrate there was no lights on at all violations other than food artery blow but no lockouts that made me go into violation this m&M's transmission transmission Albuquerque New Mexico I can see that she was lying to me I've been accustomed for many years and she came up with high charges and other things

I could not get the device to work went back and forth with breath temperature alert and blow harder for 45 mins. The number on the device was wrong. Called hight volumes but chat did work but also took a while. May have to contact again if battery not hooked up in 60 seconds.

Machine says lockout on Nov 6th.just had it installed less than a month ago.have 2 vehicles with lifesafer on them.they suck.customer service is rood. The most greedy and unhelpful company I've ever dealt with.stay away.i can't believe how badly I was talked to on the phone.totaly mislead about location to have the device checked.
